All Office, ITS Group’s partner in Denmark achieves first sales success for new Intuitive for PaperCut solution

Intuitive is pleased to announce that ITS Group’s partner All Office of Denmark, has achieved the first sale of the new Intuitive for PaperCut solution within the ITS Group.

All Office is one of Denmark’s largest independent suppliers of multi-brand printing solutions, and from its Copenhagen office offers nationwide sales and service. All Office (formerly Print Denmark) specialises in document workflow, printing infrastructure, graphic solutions and accessories for the modern office.

Intuitive for PaperCut visualises the data in the PaperCut print management system in a range of tailored, easy to use, pre-configured dashboards.

The Intuitive for PaperCut dashboards will help All Office to manage their print service accounts more effectively and give invaluable information on how its clients are using their print estate, allowing them to advise on how to manage their printing costs and usage.

Intuitive for PaperCut provides a set of dashboards which highlight key issues such as:

  • Which devices are being over and underutilised?
  • How volume is changing over time by site, device type and even individual device?
  • How much is being charged for rental and click usage?
  • Service management callouts for the print estate?
  • Are we hitting SLA targets for Uptime and Restore?
  • What are the problem sites / devices?

And all of the information can be personalised so that it is relevant for different users.

Working in close collaboration with PaperCut, Intuitive is the first user of the new Data Integration feature in PaperCut MF v20.0.  This means that users of the print management dashboards can launch them from the Data Integration tab within PaperCut MF, accessing the print management dashboards without having to switch applications.
